Brad Dohack As the owner and Broker of Gulf Pointe Properties, Brad Dohack combines his love for helping people with his passion for technologically innovative marketing. Located in the heart of Southwest Florida, Gulf Pointe Properties puts an emphasis on building great customer relationships and Brad strives to emphasize good communication and mutual trust in every aspect of his business.
Formerly the Owner and CEO of a successful internet marketing firm, Brad understands the importance of online marketing and implements strategic technological tactics to ensure his buyers and sellers have an edge in even the most competitive markets.
A practicing agent since 2006, Brad loves the community he lives and works in. He strives every day to engage with the people of SWFL to build an ever better Florida. Brad has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County for over 10 years and chairs multiple charity events every year. When he’s not finding ways to make his business better, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and triplet children. In his spare time, you can usually find him on the back nine or out fishing, soaking up the Florida sunshine and enjoying everything life has to offer.
Dick Dohack Dick is the product of a family who for three generations owned and operated landmark restaurants in the Saint Louis area. He worked in the family business while earning a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Upon graduation he went on to own and operate restaurants until 2006 when he relocated to sunny Fort Myers. There he joined forces with his son Brad and together they apply the family tradition of hard work and hospitality to serve their clients at Gulf Pointe Properties.
Jodie Nuorala Jodie was raised in a suburb of Chicago, but has happily called Southwest Florida home for the past 22 years. She graduated from the College of Business at The University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Minor in Psychology. Jodie has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising, website development and office management. She handles the marketing for Gulf Pointe Properties and manages the day to day office operations.
DeeAnn De Castris Dee joined Gulf Pointe Properties with nearly a decade of property management experience. Originally from Naperville, Illinois, Dee has resided here in Florida for the last 11 years with her two children, Daisy and Joey. Her specialties include leasing residential properties, servicing our clients and managing vendor relations.
Bob Nuorala Bob grew up in Michigan and is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies and Human Development. Since 2002, Bob has called Southwest Florida his home. Having worked for a Private Golf Development in Naples as a PGA Golf Professional for 11 years, he has a deep understanding of local Southwest Florida golf course communities, the Florida lifestyle and customer loyalty. Bob’s integrity, service oriented background and competitive drive help deliver results for his clients.
Al Natella Al grew up in Madison New Jersey and graduated Northeastern University with honors. He is an MBA and CPA. He has been a real estate investor for over 40 years and a licensed agent since 2013. He retired from a corporate finance life in 2004 and enjoys volunteerism and helping people transition the various steps in buying and selling what is usually the largest asset in their portfolio. Al is a people person who is financially focused.
Samantha Bagdasarian Samantha grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, and graduated from Michigan State University with Bachelor of Science degree in English. She has been a resident of Florida for the past 10 years, and lived in Key West before settling in the Southwest Florida area. She played college basketball and runs half-marathons, and brings her competitive nature and discipline to her real estate business. She listens and understands her clients need and will work tirelessly until those needs are met. With a strong work ethic and excellent communication, Samantha can help you sell your home quickly and painlessly by using state of the art technology, marketing, and teamwork. Bernie Quinn Bernie brings his unique experience as a pastor and non-profit leader to Gulf Pointe Properties. Before joining the Gulf Pointe Properties team, he served for 20 years as a pastor and as president for a homeless shelter and a hurricane relief charity. A seasoned leader of people, Bernie is patient, detail-oriented, and a strong advocate for those he represents. As a full-time realtor®, he will provide the same level of attention and care for you. Bernie relocated to Southwest Florida from New Hampshire with his wife Cece. They have been married for 29 years and together raised three children. He has a Masters Degree in Psychology and continues to be active in church and charitable causes. For recreation he loves fishing and wildlife photography.
Greg Pownall Greg is a second generation Realtor/Builder originally from Indiana and a 16 year resident of Fort Myers. Dedicating an entire lifetime to the housing business, possessing well rounded skills along with a pro-active work ethic that has proven to be effective during the entire Selling or Purchasing process. Also owning a successful Florida Home Inspection Company has given valuable insight to many transactions. Greg is committed, connected, and accessible.
Heather Daugherty Heather is a Fort Myers native and has lived in the area for most of her life. She graduated from Bishop Verot High School and Florida State University, where she earned a B.S. in Political Science. Heather has worked in both finance and insurance, utilizing that prior experience to give her clients an enhanced buying and selling experience. Heather has been an active part of the Southwest Florida community through the Junior League of Fort Myers and is a current member of Fort Myers Women’s Community Club and SWFL Catholic Moms. Her knowledge of the area is an asset to clients and she works tirelessly to provide outstanding customer service.
Renee Scott Renee grew up in the historical town of a Seneca Falls NY, birthplace of women’s rights, and the model for the fictional town of Bedford Falls from the movie It’s A Wonderful Life. The youngest of 5 children, Renee was actively involved in sports, theater, community activities, and music. After graduating high school, Renee went on the road as a full time traveling musician performing throughout the United States in resorts, hotels, casinos and cruise ships which eventually led her to Florida. In 1996, she decided to call SW Florida home. Still performing as a musician to this day, she is familiar with many of the gated communities throughout the area which initially sparked her interest in real estate. A true “people person”, her easy going nature, energy, and enthusiasm is evident in every transaction. Renee’s husband David is an Executive Chef for a private golf course community.They call Cape Coral home which they share with their 3 dogs- Lucy, Jo Jo and Mack, and their cat O’Malley.
Batya Mendes Batya is originally from New Jersey and relocated to Southwest Florida, making Fort Myers her home. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and an Associate Degree in Management. Before joining the Gulf Pointe Properties’ team, she worked in direct sales and healthcare. Her commitment to excellent customer service along with her natural ability as a communicator ensures her client’s a valuable and positive home buying/selling experience. On a personal note, Batya enjoys spending time with family and friends, a great glass of Merlot and going to the beach.
Tracy Bosco Tracy was born in Long Island, New York but moved to Fort Myers in the mid 80’s. She graduated with honors from Estero High School and attended college at E.C.C. Before joining Gulf Pointe Properties, Tracy was the restaurant manager for the largest country club in Southwest Florida. After 20 plus years in the food and beverage industry, she decided to utilize her excellent communication skills to jump start her career in real estate. Tracy’s passion for customer service and her problem solver mindset are huge assets to her client’s. In her free time she enjoys refinishing furniture, designing her own jewelry and crafting.
Irma Morgan Irma is a dynamic professional with significant work and life experience. She is passionate about serving people and always giving an exceptional customer service satisfaction.
