Florida Real Estate Prices are Sliding Except this ONE Segment

With Collier and Lee county’s real estate statistics revealing some surprising results, it seems Florida real estate prices are sliding in most segments. But there’s one exception!

πŸ”ŽWe’ll be digging into the recent year-on-year changes for Collier and Lee counties. We’ll examine the numbers of homes sold, median sold prices, days on market, new listings, pending inventory, months of supply, and the total dollar volume of the market.

πŸ’‘Here’s a snapshot of what we’re discussing:
πŸ”Ή Homes sold in Collier are down by 18%, while in Lee, they are down by 10%.
πŸ”Ή The median sold price in both counties has also decreased by 5%.
πŸ”Ή Homes are taking much longer to sell – 45 days in Collier (a 200% increase) and 30 days in Lee (a 173% increase).
πŸ”Ή New listings in Collier have plummeted by 31%, and Lee isn’t far behind with a drop of 14%.
πŸ”Ή Pending inventory is down 12% in Collier and 19% in Lee.
πŸ”Ή There’s also a significant increase in the supply of homes, with Collier up by 100% and Lee by 135%.
πŸ”Ή The total dollar volume has dropped by 16% in both markets.
