In the fall of 2011, a series of fortunate events happened. I wanted to sell my house. I read about a smart real estate agent. I sold my house. I am now happily renting.
At first, I just wanted to know more about selling my house. I owed some additional money on my home through a home equity loan. Was I one of those people who owed more money on my house than what it was worth? I began my search on the internet. While I was reading the ‘Naples Daily News’, an article by Gabe Mellein caught my eye. It had a summary on short sales. (Naples Daily News, Friday, October 7, 2011)
I began the journey of selling my house with a smart real estate agent. After that, the house sold. The honest communication that we had during the sale was an important key to a correct sale. It didn’t turn out to be a short sale. When we met and decided to work together, Gabe’s first priority was researching and pricing my house. Confidently, he prepared for the upcoming sale.
I always felt that Gabe had my best interests at heart. Thanks to a great team at Gulf Pointe Properties for a successful sale.
