Gulf Pointe Properties continues to grow steadily as the premier Property Management and Tenant Placement Brokerage in Southwest Florida. We thank you for your continued support and we truly strive to ensure the satisfaction of you and your tenants are met.
We are continuously brainstorming for new ideas to keep our Brokerage ahead of the pack within the rapidly expanding SWFL real estate market. We are cognisant of the potential dollars spent in order to maintain investment properties and we want you to experience the most return possible on your investment.
In December 2014, we introduced the Air Conditioning Filter Program to maximize the efficiency of the units within your rental home(s). Simplistic in nature, yet a key detail missed by many. The tenants have openly stated their appreciation for this added service. While the tenants will experience lower electric bills in the coming summer months, your units will run more efficiently in hopes of preventing future maintenance calls.
There are so many reasons to invest in Southwest Florida! March 3, 2015, the Boston Red Sox kicked off their Spring Training Season at Jet Blue Stadium, also known as, Fenway South. Built in 2012, Fenway South is a huge attraction holding 11,000 attendees. Located fifteen minutes from some of the world’s most beautiful beaches, people are migrating by the thousands down to this desirable part of the country.
